The KRATOS SAFETY stretcher is a flexible stretcher designed for a variety of uses, however it is mostly intended for rescue operations in restrictive environments, confined spaces and for vertical rescues. The stretcher comes with a carry bag containing all the accessories required for rescue operations.

The bag contains
- The stretcher, with 4 black horizontal carrying handles (2 on each side), 4 black safety straps on the side with sewn-on loops and brass grommets,
- 2 black safety straps at the bottom and 1 red safety strap at the top
- 2 connectors for attaching the stretcher to the evacuation system, and for any additional stretcher attachments
- 2 yellow straps for moving the stretcher horizontally
- 4 black/white straps for creating 4 additional handles
- 2 black/white straps for additional safety
- 1 black strap with built-in handles for pulling the stretcher on the ground.
- 1 9-m long Kernmantle rope for moving the stretcher vertically
